01Information We Collect
We only collect information you choose to send us, plus the minimum technical data needed to run the site.
- Engineering intake form (homepage): your name, work email, company and domain, primary need, and the description of your bottleneck or AI initiative.
- Statement of Work request (pricing page): your work email and the contract configuration you selected — engagement model, number of engineers, weekly hours, add-ons, and contract term.
- Email: anything you send us directly at contact@vegasai.agency.
- Technical data: when you submit a form, your IP address is checked in server memory to block spam and abuse. It is not written to a database and is discarded within minutes. Our hosting infrastructure may also keep standard short-lived server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page) for security and troubleshooting.
Please don’t include passwords, API keys, credentials, or regulated data (such as health or payment card data) in form submissions. We will request access to systems through a secure channel once an NDA is in place.
03How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a scoping or technical review call.
- To prepare and discuss a Statement of Work based on the configuration you submitted.
- To send a confirmation of your request, if that option is enabled.
- To protect the site against spam, abuse, and security threats.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use your submissions to train AI models.
05Data Retention
Form submissions arrive as email. We keep them for as long as needed to respond to you, manage a potential or active engagement, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. If we don’t end up working together, you can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
06Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, form data is validated on our servers, and access to submissions is limited to the VegasAI team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information.
07Your Choices & Rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Nevada, or the EU/UK), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent you have given.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information — we don’t sell personal information, but you may still submit a request.
- Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email contact@vegasai.agency. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You can also opt out of non-essential emails from us at any time by replying to say so.
08International Visitors
VegasAI is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and information we collect is processed in the United States. By contacting us from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
09Children’s Privacy
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
